Cancellations

Your appointments are very important, it is reserved especially for you. I do understand that life happens and sometimes adjustments are needed. With this in mind, I respectfully request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving 24-hour notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment, and guests on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. I do have a waiting list for services so with enough notice there is a good chance I will be able to fill your appointment time. If 24-hour notice is not given you be charged 50% of your service if I am unable to fill the time slot.

No Shows

If you no show an appointment you will be responsible for 100% of your appointment charges.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the appointments following yours. Depending on the timing there may not be time for you to receive your service.
